What I Offer

I specialize in supporting women and couples navigating burnout, overwhelm and the emotional weight of difficult life experiences. Using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches drawn from CBT, I help clients build practical tools for managing stress, understanding their patterns and moving towards meaningful, longterm change.

  • This is a 15-minute virtual or phone session. During this session, we will discuss scheduling, confidentiality, and provide a brief overview of your needs. I will also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
